Bluetooth Low Energy is a standardized method that allows devices to communicate with another device via Bluetooth.
Communication occurs through individual services provided by a device.
One of these services is the battery service, which sends the device’s battery level.
There could be various reasons for this. First, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on both the computer and the device.
Second, check if the device is connected (paired) with the computer and within range.
If the device appears on the computer but not in Magic Battery, it may be using Bluetooth but not Bluetooth Low Energy.
Make sure that the iPhone or iPad is connected to the computer.
If the device was briefly out of range, it may take some time before it reappears in Magic Battery.
In the past, there have been recurring issues with devices not appearing.
These cases need to be analyzed specifically. The best course of action is to open a support ticket.
